Maria E Smith and University of Equestrian Arts are committed to providing all participants in the University of Equestrian Arts Courses with a positive experience. Our online courses contain information that will help you find greater harmony and training success with your horse as evidenced by results from students and trainers who have focused and applied learning theory and positive training methods.

University of Equestrian Arts Course refund policy:
Due to the nature of E-Learning Courses, (non tangible digital goods), it is not possible to return the products and services. Therefore, we do not offer any refunds or exchanges for any of our courses after purchase is made. If you are having any issues with the products or services, please contact your instructor, and they will do their best to resolve the problem.
Tuition payments are accepted via either PayPal, Mastercard, or Visa only. Non-payment of full tuition, chargebacks, or any other failure to honor the payment plan will result in immediate termination from the program and access to all course materials will cease.
“All prices for the program are printed herein. There are no additional charges or interest charges connected with any of these programs. Contracts are not sold to a third party at any time.”
I acknowledge that horseback riding is a dangerous sport, which carries inherent risks of injury or even loss of life, as well as damage to my horse, my property and myself. I knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of watching, grooming, handling, or riding my horses. I also knowingly assume all risks, whether known or unknown, of participating in University of Equestrian Arts Courses. I release Maria E Smith and University of Equestrian Arts, from all liability for any act of negligence or want of ordinary care. In consideration of my participation in this course, I waive, release and discharge Maria E Smith of University of Equestrian Arts, employees, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns from any and all claim or liability for injury to myself, my animals or my property arising out of participation in this online course. This agreement is binding on my executors, heirs, and assigns. I agree that I will defend, indemnify and hold harmless, Maria E Smith and University of Equestrian Arts, employees, representatives, heirs, executors and assigns against all claims, demands, and causes of actions, including court costs and actual attorney fees, arising from any proceeding or lawsuit brought by me, or prosecuted for my benefit or on my behalf, in which this release is upheld. The parties agree that any dispute under this agreement will be adjudicated in a State or Federal Court located in Franklin County Ohio and expressly agree to personal jurisdiction of such court. I acknowledge that I have read this release of liability and know and understand its contents.
I hold harmless Maria E Smith, University of Equestrian Arts, and any instructors of the University of Equestrian Arts Courses for any, instructions, information, or suggestions offered in the course, via email, personal or written contact or on the University of Equestrian Arts Facebook Group page(s).
I CONFIRM THAT I HAVE READ THIS ENROLLMENT AGREEMENT, AND HAVE UNDERSTOOD THE CONTENTS.
By my checkmark next to “I agree”, I agree to be bound by the aforesaid Enrollment Agreement and understand that any violation of said Enrollment Agreement may, at the discretion of the University of Equestrian Arts result in my termination from the program without refund of tuition, and will hold harmless University of Equestrian Arts and Maria E Smith with respect to any such termination.

Typographical Errors
In the event that a University of Equestrian Arts course or product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, University of Equestrian Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. University of Equestrian Arts reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, University of Equestrian Arts shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by University of Equestrian Arts without notice at any time, for any reason.
